A flat £7.99 per kg, all-inclusive of international shipping, Kenya customs duties, and import VAT. Minimum billing is 1kg.
Do you charge volumetric (dimensional) weight?
Yes. We bill the greater of actual weight or volumetric weight. Volumetric weight is calculated as Length × Width × Height (in cm) ÷ 6000. This applies to bulky, lightweight items where the box takes up more space than its weight suggests.

Do I have to deal with KRA customs when my package arrives?
No. We handle all customs clearance and pay duties on your behalf. The £7.99/kg price you're quoted is the price you pay — no KRA visits, no surprise charges at the door.
Can I use my own UK shipping address instead of assisted shopping?
Yes. If you already have items in the UK or a store that only ships within the UK, we can provide a UK warehouse address for you to ship to, then forward it to Kenya at the same £7.99/kg rate.
What stores can I shop from?
ASOS, Amazon UK, Boots, and most other UK-based online stores — including stores that only accept local UK bank payments or don't accept foreign cards. We shop on your behalf.
